#MotorsportNails: Techeetah Inspired Nail Design

During the 2017/2018 Formula E season Techeetah made headlines multiple times: Already in the first round their driver André Lotterer caused the first red flag - probably not the way he had meant to appear in the news. However, three races later they managed to secure the first one-two in Formula E history. This was only the beginning because during the course of the season, Jean-Eric Vergne won the driver's championship, and André Lotterer became the most successful rookie in the season. Sadly, Techeetah missed out on the team championship by measly 2 points.

The prominent colours of the season were the signature black and gold of the team:

This colour-scheme was the inspiration for the simple and yet effective Techeetah inspired nail design.

All you need is ten healthy nails, a black and a gold nail varnish and preferably top and base coat. I used Manhattan's black and Catrice's Oh My Goldness! for the gold.

Step 1: Apply the base coat on your clean nails

Step 2: After it has tried start applying the black nail varnish to every finger but your ring finger

Step 3: Use the golden nail varnish on the ring finger.

Step 4: Once the combination has dried add the top coat.

Some people prefer the highlight on their pointer. In the end, that choice is left up to you.

Don't forget to let me know how this works out for you! And if you have any wishes for future motorsport nail designs, don't be shy.
